CEBU City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia took to social media to warn the public about a “black propaganda” being spread against him.
Garcia, in his social media post on May 12, 2025, said there was a text blast being disseminated, instructing recipients to proceed to a barangay hall to get their P5,000.
“Dako kaayo na nga bakak. And that's not even my number,” said Garcia.
Garcia called the propaganda “dirty.”
He said this might be a move of his opponents.
He reiterated his call for a fair, honest, and orderly election. (JJL)
