GILAS Pilipinas will clash early with powerhouse China next month in the 20th Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan.
Along with China, the Philippine national team was drawn into Group C alongside Bahrain and Kazakhstan following the official draw of lots held on Saturday.
It can be recalled that Gilas rallied from a 20-point deficit to stun China in front of their home fans, 77-76, in the 2023 semifinals in Hangzhou. / RSC
