The suspect was identified by the alias "Drake," 37 years old, married, and a resident of Barangay Labangon.
Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 Regional Special Enforcement Team, in coordination with the Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group/Special Operations Unit 7 and the Cebu City Police Office recovered four packs of shabu weighing around 60 grams with an estimated average market value of P408,000, including the buy-bust money.
According to Leia Alcantara, information officer of PDEA 7, the suspect had been under case buildup for two weeks after his name surfaced in community reports.
Based on the information they gathered, the suspect could allegedly sell around 50 grams per week.
