Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI) has completed the sale of its Czech subsidiary to China-based Keboda Technology Co. Ltd. for €10.03 million, marking a strategic move to streamline its global manufacturing operations.

The deal, executed through IMI’s subsidiary Coöperatief IMI Europe U.A., involved the full divestment of Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic s.r.o. to Keboda Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, a Keboda subsidiary.

The transaction was officially closed on Thursday, July 31, 2025, following the fulfillment of all regulatory and closing conditions.
