FOR an elevated weekend lunch buffet to be enjoyed with family, friends, or business associates, Café Summit has reopened its doors after nearly two years. Hotel guests and Robinsons Galleria Cebu mallgoers are invited to dine on gourmet selections with a hotel-level quality of service in the café’s contemporary interiors, done in a palette of chic neutrals with touches of teal and brushed gold.
Cafe Summit is the signature restaurant located at the ground floor of the Summit Galleria Cebu hotel, and is the first dining concept brand of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), the hospitality arm of Robinsons Land Corp. As the hotel continues to see a steadily high occupancy rate and mallgoers have fully returned on weekends, Café Summit offers an attractive new lunch buffet from Friday to Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Diners are assured of a quality lunch buffet carefully prepared with fresh ingredients by head chef Mau Domingo and his team. At the rate of P588 per person, it’s value for money. The same tab in an ala carte restaurant would translate to two or three dishes. At Café Summit, choose from several food stations offering contemporary Filipino, Asian, and continental cuisines, and different varieties of salad and dessert. A unique sweet offering one won’t find in other cafes are the “chocolate knots,” which could not have a more perfect pairing when dipped in the Café’s rich brewed coffee.
