On July 11, Cebu Parklane International Hotel celebrated its 16th anniversary through a banquet held at the hotel’s Victoria Hall with the theme, “People, Purpose, Passion.” The intimate gathering kicked off with a speech from Parklane’s president, Basil Ting, and chief of operations, Cenelyn Manguilimotan. The event was also graced by the presence of Department of Tourism 7 chief of tourism development division Gelena Dimpas, second district councilor Dondon Hontiveros, and the hotel’s board of directors.
Apart from the celebration of Parklane’s milestones, it highlighted the Parklane Hotels & Resorts logo, and tagline, “Distinctly Local.” Its newest chief executive chef, Clifford Lee, whipped up a four-course meal that was presented to Parklane’s stakeholders.
One can also expect greater things in the future as Parklane has several property development plans in mind for Cebu and Bohol. Cebu Parklane International Hotel has endured through so much in the past two years, yet against all odds, it celebrated 16 successful years in the hotel industry.
