Diners at Café Marco discovered a new twist when Korean guest chef Choi Hwang Min presented “Mashita,” Marco Polo’s latest culinary expedition. For a limited engagement from Aug. 25 to 27, the lunch and dinner buffets featured the many delights of native Korean cuisines: fresh ingredients, healthful cooking techniques and the intricate balance of bold and delicate, sweet and savory flavors.
