THE house of mayoral candidate Councilor Cesar Baricuatro was allegedly strafed by an unidentified gunman on Saturday evening, May 11.
Police Captain Clemente Ceralde told SunStar Cebu that they had the incident verified after reports that three gunshots were heard in the area near Baricuatro's house.
"We're still looking for witnesses to point out who allegedly fired the shots so we can file a case against him for indiscriminate firing," Ceralde said.
The incident reportedly happened at 9:06 p.m. in the boundary of Barangays Ilaya and Paculob near Baricuatro's house. (JOB)
