AT LEAST 24 temporary shelters are set to be distributed to fire victims in Sitio Paradise, Barangay Looc, Mandaue City.
Engr. Marivic Cabigas, head of the Department of General Services (DGS), said the houses situated across the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) in Barangay Guizo are expected to be turned over to the beneficiaries on March 18.
Cabigas said the housing units comprise one out of four blocks. There will be a total of 100 units for all four blocks.
The shelters were donated by the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the Mandaue City Government. (HIC)
