THE Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) yesterday said a low-pressure area (LPA) will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next 24 hours.
Pagasa-Mactan chief Al Quiblat said the LPA is not expected to affect the country, particularly Cebu, today.
He said they will determine whether the LPA will become a typhoon once it's in the PAR. (EOB)
