A WAITER from Panglao, Bohol was arrested for playing mahjong in their town.
Corporal Marlon Ciudadano of Panglao Police Station identified the arrestee as John Michael Arcayera, 28, of Purok 2, Barangay Tangnan, Panglao.
Judge Raul Balbarona of Dawis Panglao Municipal Circuit Trial Court issued a warrant for his arrest.
Arcayera is now facing charges under Presidential Decree 1602 or anti-gambling law.
Ciudadano said Arcayera's offense is bailable by P35,000 in exchange for his liberty. (BBT, TPT)
