ANTI-illegal drug operatives of the Mambaling Police Station recovered 4.6 kilograms of suspected shabu during a buy-bust on C. Padilla Street, Barangay Duljo-Fatima in Cebu City on Friday night, March 8.
Police arrested Rayven Bardon Gonza, 20, who lives in the area.
Police pegged the loot at P31 million.
Gonza denied he owned the illegal drugs and refused to say anything else.
