THE Ako Bisaya Partylist led by Congressman Sonny "SL" Lagon recently donated medical supplies to Mandaue District Hospital, Tuburan District Hospital and Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu City.
The medical supplies included 3,500 operating scissors; 1,500 disposable barrier gowns; 1,000 pieces of 21G x TW BD needle injections; 240 pieces of 3M Elbow support; 240 3M hand maskers; 640 tubular size 3.1 x 27 bandages; 20,000 disposable shoe covers; 800 precision glide needle syringes; 500 BD syringes; 400 Lexa splash 3M safety goggles; 500 disposable vinyl gloves; 10,500 boxes of 3M tie-on surgical masks; 16,800 N95 isolator masks; 20,000 surgery caps; and 22 natural rubber arm boards.
The charitable project is in cooperation with Children International, a non-profit organization.
The representatives of beneficiary hospitals thanked the group for their support over the past years. (BBT, TPT)
