A 24-YEAR-OLD man died after being stabbed in Sitio Nangka, Barrio Luz, Cebu City at 11 p.m. Monday, January 20, 2025.
The victim was identified as Ian Vanlor Lumapas, a resident of the area.
He was rushed to Perpetual Succour Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
The victim's wife reported the incident to the Mabolo police station.
Through CCTV footage review, the Mabolo police, under the orders of Police Major Romeo Caacoy, identified the perpetrators as the victim's two friends: Stephen Felizarta, alias Bilon, from San Vicente Barrio Luz, and Allen Edward Felices, alias Bantoy.
Neighbors believe that drugs may have been the motive behind the stabbing. (AYB)
