In honor of their late Dad, Jose Luis Regner, founder of JLR Construction and Aggregates Inc., the brother-and-sister team of Vergel and Candice (Neri) timed the blessing and ceremonial batching of JLR North/Plant 5 on what would have been his 76th birthday.
The event was a celebration of his legacy which Candice and Vergel had proudly nurtured, and diligently expanded.
The birthday honoree, Jose Luis Regner, has long been gone, but his vision for JLR Construction and Aggregates has been fulfilled and his memory lives on.
