A NOTORIOUS thief known for stealing anything he comes across was arrested during a buy-bust launched by the Parian Police Station 1 in Sitio Lumar, Barangay T. Padilla, Cebu City, at 9:40 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2025.
The suspect was identified as Raymund Ruiz, also known as "Bunso," a 27-year-old resident of Villagonzalo 2, Barangay Tejero, Cebu City.
Police seized several packs of shabu weighing five grams, with an estimated street value of P34,000.
According to the Parian Police Station, Bunso is a known thief who also operates in Mandaue City, stealing anything he comes across.
He reportedly sells the stolen items and uses the proceeds to purchase shabu, which he then resells to his customers.
Following the monitoring of his illegal activities, police launched the buy-bust, which led to his arrest. (AYB)
