ONLINE job portal Jobstreet by Seek has announced strategic partnerships with the Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) and the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) to enhance career development in the retail industry and empower both employees and HR professionals.

The partnership with Dole was officially formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during the Jobstreet Career Con 2025, held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. The agreement underscores a shared commitment to connecting job seekers with employment opportunities and advancing career development initiatives.

Dole will collaborate with Jobstreet by Seek to organize more career conventions and job fairs. Additionally, Jobstreet by Seek has pledged to support Dole’s Youth Employability Programs through career development seminars.

Building on this momentum, Jobstreet by Seek also sealed a one-year collaborative partnership with the PRA through another MOA signing. The agreement aims to bridge job seekers and retailers, fostering employment growth within the sector.

Through these partnerships, Jobstreet by Seek said it reinforces its mission to revolutionize the job market by providing accessible employment opportunities, professional development programs and networking avenues.  / KOC
