THE Crusaders stomped all over the Rhinos, 76-56, in the Upperclass Cebu Basketball League at the Cebu Port Authority gym last Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020.
Versatile big man Kim Trigue led the Crusaders’ attack with 18 points and seven rebounds. The team now holds a 2-1 win-loss record in Bracket B to create a three-way tie for the lead in the standings.
Meanwhile, the Bond Brothers served the BMB Lechon Manok a 74-65 loss to also improve to 2-1 in Bracket D. Dave Amante played superb basketball with 20 points, four rebounds and two assists in the Bond Brothers’ victory.
The True Ballers also moved up to 2-1 in Bracket A after defeating the Baluarte Civ Mech Engineering Services, 91-81. CJ Ramos had a stellar performance of 24 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a block. (JNP)
