SZA revealed that she is recovering from two herniated discs in her neck, an injury that forced her to step away from her usual routine.
The condition left her unable to comfortably turn her head or sit and stand for long periods. She said the injury happened last year, shortly before her 36th birthday on Nov. 8, 2025.
The Grammy-winning singer, born Solána Imani Rowe, shared that she sought recovery at the Isha Foundation, an ashram in India where she focused on yoga and meditation. / NPG S
