To have a fair and sustainable pricing mechanism that allows greater access to corporate data, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued Memorandum Circular (MC) 6, Series of 2025, on 24 June 2025. Under the said MC, effective on 01 July 2025, the SEC reduced the prescribed fees and charges for securing official corporate documents by 50 percent.
Physical and authenticated copies of company filings, namely Articles of Incorporation (AOI) and By-laws, AOI or Amended AOI, By-laws or Amended By-laws, General Information Sheet (GIS), Increase in Capital Stock, Resolution, Secretary’s Certificate, Board Resolution, Registration Data Sheet and Deed of Assignment, may be requested for P1,000 each, from the previous rate of P2,000. Plain copies of the same documents will cost P750 each, from the previous rate of P1,500.
The standard rates for digital copies of the same types of documents accessible through the
Electronic SEC Education, Analysis and Research Computing Hub (eSEARCH) have been set at P625 and P375 for each authenticated and plain copy, respectively.
Finally, the standard rates for the use of the SEC API Marketplace, which allow access to real-time financial data and regulatory filings, shall remain in effect.
Please be guided accordingly.
