UNITED States-based cybersecurity firm Resecurity and Philippine technology solutions provider Nexus Technologies Inc. have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly enhance digital resilience and cybersecurity capacity in the public and private sectors across Southeast Asia.

The agreement, signed at The Nexus Center in the Philippines, establishes a long-term framework for collaboration in threat intelligence sharing, cyber training and advanced incident response initiatives. Both companies aim to address the region’s fast-evolving cyber threat landscape by combining Resecurity’s threat intelligence capabilities with Nexus’s regional footprint and client base.

“This partnership with Orion Managed Service under Nexus Technologies marks a strategic milestone in our global mission to strengthen cybersecurity resilience,” said Ben Ouano, chief operating officer-APAC of Resecurity. “By combining our threat intelligence expertise with Nexus Technologies’ regional presence and innovation capabilities, we are creating a force multiplier that will help organizations stay ahead of

cyber threats.”

Under the MOU, the companies will jointly promote cybersecurity solutions tailored to regional and industry-specific risks, develop AI-powered detection tools and provide digital forensics and infrastructure protection services. The agreement also includes collaborative training programs to improve cyber hygiene among businesses and government institutions.

“Cybersecurity is no longer a siloed challenge—it requires global collaboration and knowledge sharing,” said Lionel Ting, senior vice president of Nexus Technologies Inc. “Our MoU with Resecurity demonstrates our commitment to protecting our clients through innovation, intelligence and strategic alliances.”

The partnership is expected to accelerate access to real-time threat data, reduce incident response time and support compliance with global cybersecurity standards. It also aims to strengthen workforce development through training and certification programs.

As organizations across Southeast Asia face increasing threats, both companies said the agreement reflects a proactive and unified approach to safeguarding the region’s digital infrastructure.

Resecurity provides endpoint protection, risk management and threat intelligence services to Fortune 500 firms and government agencies worldwide. Nexus Technologies is a next-generation IT solutions provider serving enterprises and institutions across the Philippines.
