BY THE fourth quarter of this year, Cebu’s South Road Properties (SRP) will see a more dynamic business community with the continued expansion of Filinvest Land Inc.’s (FLI) City di Mare (CDM) township project.

Jollibee, Chowking, Bo’s Coffee, and Caltex are set to open before year-end, marking the first drive-thru concepts in SRP, according to Vince So, Project Development Lead for CDM. These establishments will cater to the high vehicular traffic along Cebu South Coastal Road.

Additionally, the ongoing construction of a pedestrian bridgeway connecting IL Corso Filinvest Mall to the rest of CDM is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter—just in time for the holiday season.
