

AROUND 3,000 beneficiaries received medical assistance through the Serbisyong Medical All the Way program, as reported by the Office of the Vice Mayor.
As of November 2024, a total of 3,862 Dabawenyos have benefited from the program, marking a 47.57% increase compared to last year's 2,617 beneficiaries.
The assistance included free medical consultations, prescription medicines, and vitamins for all age groups, from children to senior citizens.
The office stated that medical missions have been conducted in puroks and barangays across all three districts of Davao City to reach even the most remote communities.
“As of November this year, the Serbisyong Medical All The Way can cater 3,862 Dabawenyo beneficiaries in 2024 alone. The Special Projects and Advocacy Division (SPAD) of the Vice Mayor’s Office is tasked to implement priority advocacies of VMO such as our Health Agenda Advocacy,” the office said.
The monthly breakdown of assistance is as follows: 216 beneficiaries in January, 355 in February, 259 in March, 210 in April, 177 in May, 110 in June, 160 in August, 674 in September, 1,225 in October, and 476 in November.
In addition to medical missions, the office has been offering free legal consultations to Dabawenyos from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As of October 2024, approximately 1,300 individuals have availed of Serbisyong Legal All the Way.
The office also provided 312 legal consultations from July 2022 to June 2024.
The office clarified that Serbisyong Legal All the Way is offered alongside Serbisyong Medical All the Way. RGP
