TO BETTER serve and provide more comfort to its residents, Arezzo Place Davao by Phinma Properties opened a clubhouse and swimming pool.
Phinma Properties assistant vice president Ernesto C. Paredes underscored the importance of offering quality living to unit owners at Arezzo Place in line with the company's vision to provide a better life.
“We are also excited to meet our unit owners through this event. We are glad that they are happy seeing the newest amenity here at Arezzo,” Paredes said on Saturday, October 13, 2018 during the opening of Casa Asuncion clubhouse and swimming pool.
Paredes added in this way, they are showing that Arezzo by Phinma is offering only the best for their customers.
“So through this newest addition here at Arezzo, the clubhouse can serve as an event center for those who would like to celebrate their parties and special occasions,” Paredes said.
He said they have already received inquiries on the availability of the clubhouse for events.
“I foresee that these facilities and amenities will eventually be open to the public. It’s available but its unit owners through the condo administration still have to agree on the mechanics and charges. Like who would have the priority to reserve first, before we can openly have the place to the public,” Paredes said.
Paredes added that Phinma Properties will continue to invest in Davao City in the coming years.
“We are also looking into higher-price projects. Limited townhouses will be established but of nice quality. We would also be looking at constructing horizontal townhouses, and maybe some partnership with the government to help local government units (LGUs) housing problems,” Paredes added.
