Aiming to boost local industries, tourism, and entrepreneurship in the region, the Mindanao Trade Expo (MTE) Series 2025 opened its doors to thousands of visitors on Thursday, July 31, at the SMX Convention Center in SM Lanang Premier, Davao City.
Running until August 2, this year’s event brings together some of the country’s fastest-growing sectors—from hospitality and wellness to logistics and packaging—under one roof. Organized by Global-Link MP Events International, Inc., the three-day business-to-business (B2B) expo provides a vibrant platform for industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators to showcase products, discover new markets, and forge business ties.
“Davao is the perfect backdrop for this mission to empower local industries. The 2025 series is stronger and more comprehensive than everm,” said Global-Link MP CEO Patrick Lawrence Tan.
The expo features four major co-located shows:
Hotel & Foodservice Suppliers Show Mindanao, which caters to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and leisure businesses, also features the Mindanao Travel Sale, a pavilion offering exclusive travel deals and destination packages.
Beauty + Health & Wellness Mindanao, highlighting the latest in personal care, skincare, wellness, and cosmetics, includes activities led by the FDA Philippines and the Chamber of Cosmetics Industries of the Philippines (CCIP).
Mindanao Printing, Packaging, and Plastics Show, now in its 10th year, remains a key gathering for those involved in commercial printing, labeling, plastic production, and processing technologies.
Transport & Logistics Mindanao, the newest addition, focuses on freight, supply chain, and logistics solutions and technologies—answering the rising demand for efficient connectivity in the region.
Beyond exhibits, the event also features live product demos, industry seminars, and networking opportunities. It also supports the Ayala Foundation’s community programs, adding a layer of social responsibility to its business mission. AJA
