AN INSIDER revealed that due to the ongoing political tensions in the country, some event organizers are becoming hesitant to host MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events in Davao City.
According to the source, there has been a noticeable decline in the number of MICE events at a particular hotel compared to previous years.
While the insider acknowledged that the overall number of events still supports the hotel's revenue, some major companies and foreign organizations have opted to bypass Davao City in favor of neighboring key cities and provinces. BZZZ
