Premier property developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) launched its highly anticipated HomeFest 2025 in Davao City on March 15, setting the stage for a seven-city homeownership event to make buying a home easier and more convenient.
Held at Seattle’s Best Coffee, Davao Global Township (DGT) in Matina, the event opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Marie Rose Yulo, CLI’s first vice president for sales and accounts management, and Juanita Inez Sisor, assistant VP for sales and accounts management.
The event brought together 11 partner banks to offer exclusive home financing deals for prospective buyers.
We wanted to create an event that bridges home buyers with banks we have strong relationships with, streamlining the process and enhancing the overall experience.

Following its success last year, CLI expanded the event into two legs for 2025, covering more cities.
"It was such a success that we're not just doing it once but twice this year," Yulo shared. "The first leg will occur in seven cities, and the second leg will be even bigger."

For Davao homebuyers, CLI made available at least 1,600 inventory units, including over 1,000 from Casa Mira Towers LPU Davao and about 400 from The Paragon Davao, ready for occupancy.
Beyond streamlining the home-buying process, HomeFest also serves as a way for CLI to support its partner banks. "This event benefits our customers and strengthens our partnerships with banks," Yulo said.
According to her, HomeFest streamlines and personalizes negotiations between banks and buyers, eliminating the need for the usual back-and-forth process.
Sisor highlighted that CLI’s partner banks offered unbeatable rates, ensuring homebuyers got the best financing options.
Many buyers were able to secure approvals on the spot last year, and we expect the same success this time around.

Yulo underscored that homebuyers can take advantage of exclusive bank promos to secure the best financing deals available.
Even after HomeFest, CLI’s sales and accounts management team remains ready to assist buyers throughout their homeownership journey.
Following its Davao kickoff, HomeFest continued its tour in Ormoc City, Leyte, on March 22, with upcoming stops in the cities of Bacolod (March 29), Cebu and Iloilo (April 4), Dumaguete (May 3), and Cagayan de Oro (May 17).
Davao City remains a key market for CLI.
“We always stop here because we have strong partnerships and many people we truly want to work with,” Yulo said.
While CLI’s Davao inventory is currently limited due to high demand, Yulo assured that the company’s overall inventory remains robust, accommodating homebuyers, whether they’re end-users or investors. MLSA
