In celebration of its 75th anniversary, GMA Network unveils a moving station ID that unites its biggest stars and personalities in one message of gratitude: Kapuso, maraming salamat.
With the theme "Forever One with the Filipino," the station ID serves as both a tribute and a heartfelt thank-you to Kapuso viewers who have stood by the Network from its humble beginnings as a radio station to becoming the Philippines’ leading broadcast network. This enduring bond takes center stage in this star-studded video.
Opening the station ID are Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards, multi-awarded journalist Jessica Soho, Kapuso Comedy Genius Michael V., GMA Integrated News pillar Mel Tiangco, Global Fashion Icon Heart Evangelista, Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo, and Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado.
"Kapuso, maraming salamat sa inyong pagmamahal, sa inyong walang sawang pagsuporta, sa pagtitiwalang patuloy n’yong ibinibigay, sa inyong matatamis na ngiti, sa mahigpit n’yong yakap na damang-dama naming lahat, at sa inyong pagtanggap sa amin sa inyong puso at tahanan."
Adding more brilliance to the ID are Sparkle stars led by Barbie Forteza, David Licauco, Julie Anne San Jose, Rayver Cruz, Ruru Madrid, Bianca Umali, Sanya Lopez, Miguel Tanfelix, Gabbi Garcia, Jillian Ward, and Sofia Pablo.
Beloved Kapuso icons such as King of Talk Boy Abunda, Comedy Concert Queen AiAi delas Alas, and many more also lend their voices to this powerful tribute.
GMA’s award-winning journalists—including Vicky Morales, Emil Sumangil, Arnold Clavio, Howie Severino, Kara David, Pia Arcangel, Atom Araullo, Ivan Mayrina, Melo del Prado, Orly Mercado, and other personalities from GMA Integrated News, Public Affairs, and Radio—also join the celebration.
Tying it all together is the station ID’s theme song, “Isa Sa Puso ng Pilipino,” performed by Julie Anne San Jose and fellow Kapuso singers, accompanied by the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth (OFY). Lyrics were written by Brian James Camaya, Christine Autor, Samantha Toloza, and Rina L. Mercado; composed by Rina L. Mercado; arranged by Roxy E. Fabian and Joe L. Cruz; and produced by Rocky S. Gacho. PR
