Davao mayor leads opening of Arcadia Lifestyle Center

DAVAO City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio led the grand launching of the three-level Arcadia Lifestyle Center last Friday, August 3, located right across the Matina Enclaves complex and right next to the Davao City Golf Club in Ecoland, Quimpo Boulevard.

“It is an honor for the Arcadia and the Matina Enclaves as well, to have Mayor Sara along with the Escandor family for the ribbon cutting ceremony of Arcadia,” said Gerald Kent Garces, project head of the Matina Enlaves, the prime real estate project of Davao-based developer Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco).

The Grand Launch of the Arcadia Lifestyle Center was also graced by Vice-Mayor Bernard Al-ag.

Even President Rodrigo Duterte, who was in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon on that day for the inauguration of a P500-million drug rehabilitation center, even told his audience that he had to hurry home to Davao City to grace the launch of Arcadia.

Among the latest facility inaugurated is the 25-meter lapping pool and its 4 function rooms located at the 2nd floor of the three floor active lifestyle center perfect for any type of celebration, meetings, and conferences. The Fitness Gym was formally opened last June 28.

Arcadia Lifestyle Center’s Fitness Gym is equipped with the leading global Italian made gym equipment (Technogym). Technogym is known all over the world for supplying the equipment in the past six Olympic Games and has earned itself the reputation as the ultimate benchmark of modern sports training.

Arcadia’s Fitness Gym, which boasts of its own fitness experts, will also offer boxing and group exercises including yoga, Zumba, aerobics, and dancing, among others.

“Those who want to avail of the benefits of these facilities can still apply for membership,” Garces said.

Another major component of the Arcadia Lifestyle Center, which is now open, is the Lobby Cafe which boasts of mouth-watering food and drink choices. (PR)
