In the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2019, Amani Grand Citygate Davao bagged the Best Mid-Range Condominium Development.
"We are happy for our project in Davao, the Amani Grand Citygate, that it garnered a lot of awards from prestigious (award giving bodies). Amani is now among the most awarded in Davao Region," said Ryan Bernard Go, Grand Land Inc. president.
He said among the Grand Land real estate projects, Amani Grand Citygate Davao is also one of its most awarded projects.
"Considering all our condos have awards, this is the most successful," Go said.
The Amani Grand Citygate Davao, located in Buhangin, Davao City, is a four-tower residential building consisting of nine to 12-story buildings.
Inspired by modern day London, the development will cater to the lifestyle of the Yuppies, Millennial, and middle-class, which are also the project's target markets.
The residential development will feature 70 percent open spaces with pools, playground, an amphitheater, and green spaces. The development will also include a clubhouse, multi-purpose area, and barbecue deck.
Amani Grand buildings offer studio and one-bedroom units with a size ranging from 27 square meters (sqm.) to 40 sqm. The studio units are currently being offered at P1.78 million, while the one-bedroom units at P2.86 million.
Being located within the Grand Citygate, Amani offers its residents convenience by being near to the Gaisano Grand Citygate Mall.
Meanwhile, there is more to look out for in the Citygate community as Grand Land will soon launch another residential project beside Amani. This time, it will be an Italtian-inspired residential complex.
