Under his leadership, Pandili shared, he will develop the culture of excellence in the local organization.
For its first year, JCI Mati adopts the theme: Chartering Excellence, to guide their year-long initiatives.
“At its core, Chartering Excellence is about setting ambitious goals, and working tirelessly to achieve them. It is about pushing oneself beyond one's limits, taking on new challenges, and refusing to settle, for less than one's best. It is about owning one's life, contributing to the community, and embracing one's future with courage and conviction,” he said.
