Esdevco had its Matina Enclaves Seller’s Annual Awards Night 2019 on May 20 at the Arcadia Events Center, giving away gigantic incentives to its sellers
To personally thank its hardworking sellers, realtors, and brokers, no less than Esdevco president Glenn Escandor and project director Gerald Kent Garces were present to join the awards night to acknowledge their sellers’ sales performance in 2018.
Among the things awarded to top performers are cash incentives, appliances, gift certificates, and merchandises.
For the top performing sellers, leading the trail is registered broker (REB) Ryan Sayson (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); followed by Celeste Del Rosario (Ortiz Realty-YBP); Juvy Deangkinay (Ablas Realty); Ruena Ferrer (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Mary Jane Anillo (Ablas Realty); Jiphanny Magada (Leuterio Realty, Filipinon Homes); Kristine Charisse Benson (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Eliza Janine Ballesteros (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Marjorie Osorio-Monecillo (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Joseph Arthur Avila (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Manfred Lawas (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Ronald Mari Portillo (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes).
Registered Brokers Amenthyst De Guzman, Venus Magdamo, and Zelma Ann Banga were announced as the top performing brokers, respectively.
For top performing realtors, Explorer Davao Realty Co. was on top followed by Davao Dragon Vibe; Ortiz Realty, YBP; Villasor Realty, YBP; ZTR Realty; Hayana Realty; Fullworth Realty; Property Providers; Mega Pacific; and Polinar Realty.
Meanwhile, the top sales managers were named as Shiena Mae Furog (Furog Realty, YBP); Gilbert Monecillo (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Merlita Romero (Romero Realty); Hedelyn Hong (Ablas Realty); and Dolly Beth Relampagos (Realty Options Inc.)
Moreover, the Matina Enclaves Top Sellers include Orpha Bañez (Bañez Realty, YBP) followed by Shirley Pañamogan (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Merry Grace Estrada (Explorer Davao Realty Corp.); Jo-ann Maranian (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes); Janine Princess Romero (Romero Realty); and Boyd Yron Cabiladas (Leuterio Realty, Filipino Homes).
For the top brokers, Lalaine Raughelle Corro was hailed as top broker, followed by Veljean Villaraiz, Reyboy Gudmalin, and Belinda Morales.
Lastly, top realtors were Leuterio Realty, Banez Realty, Ablas Realty, Furog Realty, Realty Options Inc., and Romero Realty, respectively.
During the awards night, sellers were entertained by Host Sansu and DJ Billy Santos and were serenaded by Sweetjam Acoustic Band.
Esdevco is building an exclusive Matina Enclaves community located along Escandor Street, Quimpo Boulevard in Matina, Davao City.
The first building was inaugurated in 2017 with President Rodrigo Duterte as guest of honor while the second residential building was turned over to the unit owners last November 21, 2018.
