The top three levels will be home to the first National University in Mindanao—opening doors to greater access to quality education in the region.
Designed by renowned Filipino architect Royal Pineda, the new wing showcases a sleek, modern aesthetic that draws inspiration from Davao’s rich natural landscapes, homegrown icons, and cultural heritage.
To enhance convenience, two levels are dedicated to indoor parking with space for over 1,000 vehicles—ensuring a seamless visit.
