AFTER visiting Bohol and Cebu for post-Odette relief efforts together with AP Partylist, Yassi Pressman is now joining grand rallies in campaigning for her new partylist.
AP Partylist #AkoyPilipino is a partylist advocating for the transport and livelihood sector.
Arriving in Iligan in the morning of sunday, March 13, the AP Team’s first stop was in Barangay Tubod, Iligan where they were warmly welcomed by its residents.
Yassi led the morning’s activities, which included the distribution of sacks of rice for more than a thousand residents.
The next stop for Yassi and the AP Team was at the Iligan City Plaza.
Responding to questions as to why she is actively supporting AP Partylist, the celebrated young actress declared, “Magkaibigan po kami ni Cong. Ronnie dati pa. Mula po nang magsimula ang pandemya, saksi tayo sa araw-araw na Covid-19 bayanihan na ginagawa ni Cong. Ronnie at ng buong AP Team. At masaya ako na makasama sa mga ginagawa nila ngayon.”
Yassi considers it a privilege to be able to extend help to Filipinos in need especially since we are still in the middle of a pandemic.
For Yassi, supporting AP Partylist and its advocacies is also supporting her fellow Filipinos.
“Salamat po sa inyong mainit na pagtanggap sa amin. Tulungan po natin ang AP Partylist ngayong halalan, at alam kong di tayo bibiguin ng AP Partylist sa pangunguna ni Cong. Ronnie Ong,” Yassi Pressman said in parting to the Iliganons.
Thousands of supporters and fans of Yassi Pressman and AP Partylist attended the grand rally in Iligan. From there, the team proceeded to Surigao del Norte for a further round of grand rally activities.
