AWARD-WINNING film 'Green Bones' is now Netflix's number 1 movie in the Philippines!

Inspirational drama film Green Bones is making waves once again, and this time on streaming platform Netflix.

Upon its return, the award-winning film quickly debuted at number one in Netflix Philippines' Top 10 Movies list.

Fans and first-time viewers alike have taken to social media to express their excitement, helping Green Bones trend once more with glowing reviews and heartfelt reactions.

More than just its gripping story, viewers praised the film's powerful cinematography and stellar ensemble cast. Including Dennis Trillo, Ruru Madrid, Alessandra de Rossi, Wendell Ramos, Michael de Mesa, Ronnie Lazaro, Mikoy Morales, Royce Cabrera, Gerhard Acao, Raul Morit, Sienna Stevens, and Sofia Pablo, among many others.

Green Bones was a standout entry at the 50th Metro Manila Film Festival, winning six major awards: Best Actor (Dennis Trillo), Best Supporting Actor (Ruru Madrid), Best Child Performer (Sienna Stevens), Best Screenplay (Ricky Lee and Angeli Atienza), Best Cinematography (Neil Daza), and Best Picture.

It was produced by GMA Pictures, GMA Public Affairs, and Brightburn Entertainment. It was directed by Zig Dulay with a screenplay by Ricky Lee and Angeli “Anj” Atienza, based on a concept by JC Rubio.

The film also gained international recognition after being screened at the Manila International Film Festival (MIFF) in Los Angeles, California.
