JUN Morales clinched a spot in the Datba Monthly Finals after dominating the weekly qualifier on January 26, 2025, at SM Lanang bowling center.
He knocked down 606 pins in three games to top the event organized by the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba).
Veterans Romy Serrano and Ulysses Caturan finished second and third, respectively, in the 28-player competition. Serrano tallied 604 pinfalls, while Caturan followed with 596.
Morales will compete in the January finals alongside fellow weekly champions Ian Ancheta, Kim Salvador, and Jesrael Rule. Also joining them are Emz Salvador, Caturan, Kath Lee, Romy Abias, Ric Mina, Serrano, Rod Tongo, and Edwin Ponce.
The last qualifying round is set for Saturday, February 1, 2025.
