LANANG Business Park (BizPark), a two-hectare mixed-use property owned by Dominic & Sons Realty and Development Corporation (DSRDC), is celebrating five years of its milestone as an emerging business, leisure, and entertainment landmark in the northern part of Davao City.

As Bizpark continues to expand, tenants range from local to international companies in its fully occupied commercial building, while more commercial spaces are in plans for construction.

One of its main attractions is Eskina @ Bizpark, an establishment for food occupants that offer an affordable dining experience in a semi-open setting and spacious atmosphere. Its charm and budget-friendly services have lured students and professionals in its entertainment area for five years now.

John Irene Del Campo, property management & administrative services manager at DSRDC, invited media friends for a food sampling of each tenant’s specialties. We enjoyed savoring varied dishes that are quite delicious and prepared in generous servings.

Kuya’s Kambingan, the oldest tenant, offers goat preparations like adobo, kaldereta, kilawin, and sinampalukang kambing. The papaitan is a must try as well.

Tatay Ige’s BBQ Stall cooks your Pinoy favorites chicken and pork barbeque and other grilled items for meals or pulutan.

Romeo’s Sisigan ng Davao, gives its own versions of the Filipino classic sisig, a Kapampangan dish made of minced pork, chicken, beef or liver, seasoned with calamansi, finely chopped onion, chicharon, and chili peppers.

Bababoy serves your familiar Filipino comfort food passed down from early generations and still loved today, like the crispy dinuguan, fried dinakdakan, fried binagoongan, chili garlic chicken, and fried squid on salted egg.

Ochado, a franchise originally from Singapore, brings in the Japanese bubble tea concept of ocha (tea) and chado (origin or culture in Japanese). It focuses on brewing the best quality tea using the freshest natural ingredients to the delight of tea addicts. It is the only outlet open on Sundays for their delivery service demands.

Lastly, your dining experience won’t be complete without the BeerZone, serving perfectly chilled beers to complement your food, as laughingly described in its slogan: “Beer as cold as your EX’s heart”. Ouch, so much for brain freeze.

Eskina @ Bizpark opens Monday to Saturday; lunch from 11am to 2pm on Mondays to Fridays. Entertainment starts at 7:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday.

Thanks to John Irene for accommodating and entertaining us, together with her Sales and Marketing Officer Lynn Mariel Fondevilla and the tenants Allan Pascua (Kambingan), Alne delos Santos (Bababoy), Kharl Jheo Taleon and Dennis Roflo (Romeo Sisig), Mike Guerra (Tatay Ige) and Clench Saguindan (Ochado).
