The shopping nook at the 2nd floor of the mall re-opened on August 17, unveiling a more exciting new look with a wider array of options.
The new Surplus would surely catch your attention because of its stylish facade and more modern look -- from its show window outside to the display counters inside. The lighting of the store has greatly changed as well to exude an urban and youthful ambience.

In an interview during the re-opening of Surplus store in Davao, the company’s senior vice president Aida B. dela Cruz shared that they are committed to giving fast fashion at affordable prices.
She noted that in order to keep everything fresh, they have an in-house visual merchandiser who makes sure that what they have in all their branches are updated pieces.
“Around 90 to 95 percent (of stocks) are branded while some are basic,” she said, adding that Surplus is a popular name in summer and winter items.
“By 3rd week of October, we will be launching the heavy type of jackets,” she revealed.
Dela Cruz said they love the Davao market because the Dabawenyos patronize their products.
Surplus senior display manager Jason Darang shared that all of their stores have the same branding and display. In short, what you see in Davao is the same as what you would see in Manila and other branches.
This month, the store is highlighting denim fashion while varsity-related apparel will be dominating the month of October, winter clothes during the cold months, and trendy and comfy oufits for summer.
