AS A certified kikay mom, I would like my children to look fashionable as well. I think, other kikay mommies out there would agree with me when it comes to this.

With the help of SM Kids, this goal can be achieved. From my first born until now with my only daughter, I have always been a fan of the brand. Who would not love their collection? They have every fashionable piece I want. And not only that! They also offer them at affordable prices and the quality is something you would like to keep on going back for.

This holiday season, the array of choices at SM Kids is so wide, so, you better prepare your pockets, moms! As how this famous shopping destination would put it, the holidays are all about fashion fun! In short, the ever-supportive kikay moms could help the youngsters put different pieces from key trends together and let young imaginations work.

And who said that children cannot choose their own fashion style? My five-year-old daughter, for instance, has been deciding on what to wear as soon as she reached two. She has had the last say since then when it comes to what her OOTD (outfit of the day) would be.

In today’s kids’ fashion, it can be observed that there is a return to classicism. Traditional children’s clothes that are elegant and timeless as influenced by Prince George and Princess Charlotte of Cambridge have made a comeback.

For girls, there are romantic details, delicate floral prints, and full voluminous skirts, as well as fun and festive ruffles that add volume and dimension, and have a dramatic flair. For boys, there are checkered fabrics, corduroy and classic shirts. And this is where the fashion fun begins with layering, which takes young style to a whole new level, while being functional and fashionable. The look is slightly mismatched, delightfully over the top, but strong on young independent style.

Let the little missy wear an oversized denim jacket, corduroy or coat over a statement tee or a printed top with a metallic skirt or a denim bottoms. Little guys, on the other hand, can layer sleeveless hoodie over a chambray polo and knit jogger or match an oversized hoodie over a printed polo and a colored trouser.

Joining in the fashion fun are celebrity kids Noah Lamar Alcaraz, Gummy Carlos and the Concio sisters Julia and Talia together with young fashion influencer Danielle Krystina and the winners of SM Kids Casting Call 2018 Dara Rubin, Raven Nielson and Ethan Suyo.

I am definitely heading to SM Kids inside The SM Store now to get the most fashionable look for my kikay daughter. Of course, I am helping her out to do some shopping for the unending holiday gatherings.
