IT WAS four years ago when Arezzo Place Davao, Phinma Properties launched its first half medium-rise condominiums in Davao City out of the goal to provide good home investment that can open life to better possibilities.
Last October 20, 2018, Arezzo Place Davao held a Grand Relaunch for another seven buildings with 90 units each.
“This event is for letting the public know and the would-be investors and would-be homeowners that we are launching the second half of our project,” Patrick Capili, Head of Sales and Marketing, said on an interview with SunStar Davao last week, adding that the first half were all sold out already.
“In this place, you won’t feel like you are really in a condominium. You will feel like you are in a subdivision, really widely open. You can jog, walk, or walk your dog, it’s not a tight place in the middle of the city,” Capili added.
The place offers a tight security that would make parents feel at ease even with their children left at home while they are working.
“Marami kaming agents that are really good, and when the clients see the products, nagagandahan sila kasi it is a little bit different than the normal condo. And it’s half the price,” Capili said, referring to the factors on why the first five buildings were all sold out in just three years.
During the event, PHINMA Properties acknowledged the people behind the success, the homeowners and the prospect homeowners as they all have been a part of it. They offered as high as P100,000 discount to those who will have their reservations there and then.
The new units to be constructed are now at around P2.9 million.
