PAU Garcia, just like other talent managers, surely has the gift of seeing the real potential of someone in modeling.

As a talent manager, he could even have influenced most of his talents in terms of fashion, too. Well, this young manager’s penchant for styling can never be denied. As observed, he is always fashionable.

“I would be honest, my answer is a big yes,” he said when asked if he gets to influence his models in fashion and style.

“They should look good all the time because they are bringing a name that's teaching them to inspire. As an inspiration, they must be appealing, clean, neat and charismatic.”

Pau pointed out, though, that aside from being talented and looking good, they must also have good manners and the right attitude towards everything.

Pau shared that the glamorous patterns of the modern generation mixed and styled with various pieces in the most creative way are his fashion essentials. In short, he is fond of playing the styles of different eras to achieve a unique yet fabulous look.

Meanwhile, Pau noted that everyone has the potential to become a model. Nevertheless, it is the level of commitment that varies.

“As long as I can feel the eagerness and the genuine desire to learn, I think that's one sign for progress,” he said.

The modeling agency owner further explained that these values would show if someone is indeed has the utmost potential to be part of the industry.

“My simple advice, and as this is my passion to inspire talented individuals with great potentials, please do not hesitate to learn and try to unleash your inner talents. Be confident to discover what is in you and learn to identify your talents at your young age,” he emphasized.

Pau added that the young ones must not waste their time on vices or anything that will not help them grow.

“I built this company to divert and help young people not to get involved with gambling, drugs, prostitution, and help them experience the essence of belongingness. Lastly, I want a model, or my model, to be trained, to connect, be disciplined in time and know how to help one another. We are a family as we continue to produce grateful, excellent and kindhearted talents,” he concluded.
