THE City Government of Davao will conduct a city-wide culture of security community exercise (Comex) anytime this month.
In a Facebook post by the Davao City Government Unit (LGU), a community exercise will be randomly conducted in the month of August to measure the reaction time of the authorities and citizens to any type of incident.
Through this exercise, the level of cooperation of Dabawenyos will be tested. This is to further enhance the campaign of the city which is the Culture of Security.
The City Government, as posted in its Facebook page, advises every Dabawenyo to participate and cooperate in the exercise to ensure the preparedness of every citizen.
“Kini usa ka community exercise, dili mag panic (This is only a community exercise, do not panic),” the city government said.
The Comex is the LGU’s way of strengthening the campaign for the culture of security under the tagline “May Nakita, Dapat Magsalita.”
