A 25-YEAR-OLD ceiling installer was arrested early Monday, January 27, 2025, in a police operation that led to the seizure of substances believed to be shabu worth over P3.4 million.
The operation carried out by personnel from the Sasa Police Station was conducted in Don Julian Street, Doña Pilar Village, Barangay Sasa.
The suspect, identified as Jasper "Jay-Jay" (alias), a resident of Baywave, Barangay Ilang, was apprehended after authorities conducted the comprehensive operation.
Confiscated from the suspect were one medium and six large rectangular heat-sealed plastic sachets, all containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu. Other items recovered included a paper bag, a black Nokia cellphone, a P1,000 bill with serial number BJ407669, and 19 pieces of P1,000 boodle money, typically used in entrapment operations.
