Abrigo: Schools: Hatching ground of communism?

THE Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) embraced the Russian Communism (Marxist-Leninist), Chinese Communism (Maoist) and the Euro-Communism theories.

In recruitment for instance, Mao Tse Tung said “Let a hundred flowers bloom” so that the bee can have a better choice. Meaning the more organizations they use as front to recruit, the more recruits they have.

Another Maoist strategy in rcruiting is the “White Paper Theory”. White paper in this context means anyone with little education or no education at all is like a white paper, you can write or draw in their mind anything that you like.

Recently, the military intelligence in central and western Visayas confirmed that the CPP-NPA has been recruiting students from different schools. They are targeting the young minds if not totally the white paper.

In Metro Manila, there are at least 18 schools are infiltrated by the CPP by feeding to the young minds with an anti-government propaganda, by way of film viewing the “dark years” of martial law, in disguise of teaching them the sense of nationalism. These students do not know they were incited to resentment against the government, to pick-up the pieces, join the protest rallies and pronounce imperialism, feudalism and bureaucrat capitalism and all “ill-isms” to oust the president.

One may reason out that we are in a democratic society and everyone is free to express one’s political belief. But these students must realize that bringing placards on the streets to oust the president is part of the communist entourage and objective to destroy our country.

May the schools will be responsible and prudent to emphasize nationalism and democracy, in case we forget Vladimir Lenin’s teaching that says “Use democracy to destroy democracy, use nationalism to destroy nationalism, and join the parliament to destroy the parliament.”
