Iloilo City police responds to 28 emergency incidents from 911 hotline

THE Iloilo City Police Office (Icpo), led by Police Colonel Kim Legada, responded to 28 emergency incidents from June 7 to July 6, 2025, through the 911 hotline.

The responses were made through the Icpo City Tactical Operations Center (CTOC) and aligned with the directive of Police General Nicolas D. Torre III to provide swift and responsive public service.

Of the 28 recorded incidents, the highest were mauling cases with five reported calls, followed by alarm, scandal, and threats with three calls. There were also three vehicular accidents, along with other incidents ranging from domestic disputes to criminal complaints.

The ICPO reiterated its mission to maintain a peaceful and orderly environment in Iloilo City, ensuring that residents feel safe in their homes, workplaces, and communities. (Leo Solinap/SunStar Philippines)
