THE Iloilo Police Provincial Office (Ippo) arrested 17 adults and rescued two minors in 15 anti-illegal drug operations conducted from July 14 to 20, 2025.
The minors were immediately turned over to their respective Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (MSDO).
Of the arrested individuals, six were tagged as high-value individuals (HVI), while 13 were classified as street-level individuals (SVI).
Police Colonel Bayani Razalan, acting provincial director of Ippo, praised the operatives and urged continued public cooperation in the campaign against illegal drugs.
“Ang mga accomplishments nga ini nagapakita sang dedikasyon kag pagpanikasog sang inyo mga Ilonggo Cops sa pag-away batok sa ilegal nga druga. Padayunon naton ang pagbinuligay para sa ika ka malinong, mainuswagon kag hilway sa druga nga Probinsya sang Iloilo,” Razalan said.

Police seized an estimated 752.50 grams of shabu with a total street value of P5,117,000. Authorities filed 33 criminal cases as a result of the operations.
Razalan said the Ippo will stay committed to fighting illegal drugs under the principles of integrity, due process, and respect for human rights -- consistent with the thrust of the Philippine National Police chief and the regional priorities of Police Regional Office in Western Visayas.
