
THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday, January 29, 2025, that 1,052 out of 1,792 passed the Licensure Examination for Architects.
The examination was held in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last January 21 and 23, 2025.
Two graduates of the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman -- Ckristel Janssen Larosa Daguio and Marissa Iness Palce Ragaza -- tied in the first spot with 82.80 percent rating.
Ranked second in the exam is Kimberlane Tang Go of the University of Santo Tomas who got 82.70 percent. She was followed by Sam Tyra Fernandez Co of De la Salle-College of Saint Benilde Inc. and Allison Denise Lu Te of UP Diliman who both got 82.30 percent.
Fourth in the list of top 10 passers is John Gabriel Dizon Espiritu of De la Salle-College of Saint Benilde Inc. who got 82.20 percent.
Rhica Panganiban Cruz of National University-Manila and Dante Vasquez Victorino Jr. of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Inc. placed fifth with 82 percent.

6th -- Mickaela Alexandra Sabarre of UP Diliman -- 81.90 percent
7th -- Eileene Joyce Durana Gatys and Anna Viktoria Santos Martinez, both of University of Santo Tomas -- 81.80 percent
8th -- Kate Mikee Matutino Mayormita of University of Santo Tomas -- 81.60 percent
9th -- Adbul Waleed Pingay Bakil of Western Mindanao State University-Zamboanga City and Maria Gabriela Noelle Camello Torres of UP Diliman -- 81.50 percent
10th -- Moses John Guibao Siervo of Far Eastern University Manila -- 81.30 percent

The PRC said that starting February 14, 2025, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online.
It advised the passers to visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, said the PRC.
It added that the date and venue for the mass oathtaking of the successful examinees will be announced later. (LMY)
