
(UPDATED) The Supreme Court announced on Friday, December 13, 2024, that only 37.84 percent, or 3,962 law graduates out of 10,490 who took the 2024 Bar Examinations, passed.
Kyle Christian Tutor of the University of the Philippines (UP) emerged as the top performer in the exam, achieving a score of 85.77 percent.
Maria Christina Aniceto of Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) secured second place with a score of 85.54 percent, while Gerald Roxas of Angeles University Foundation School of Law took third place with a score of 84.355 percent.
In Cebu, John Daniel Hamoy, a graduate from the University of San Carlos, placed 14th in the 2024 Bar Examinations with a rating of 83.1350 percent.

The 2024 Bar examinations took place on September 8, 11, and 15, 2024, headed by Supreme Court Associate Justice Mario V. Lopez, who serves as the chairperson of the 2024 Bar Examinations Committee.
