CEBU Pacific will soon open flights directly to culture- and tourism-rich Da Nang in Vietnam.

Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific’s chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, said that starting December 7, Cebu Pacific will have three flights per week from Manila to Da Nang, the third Vietnam destination in its network.

Among the tourist spots within the proximity of Da Nang were the Imperial City of Hue, the Old Town of Hoi An and the My Son ruins, which are listed in the World Heritage Sites identified by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco).

It is also known for its beautiful white sand beaches.

Cebu Pacific is giving Filipinos chances to travel more as they offer affordable flights through its Super Seat Fest this October.

The sale, which started on October 1 and runs until October 15, allows Cebu Pacific travelers to book their flights to all domestic destinations for as low as P88 one-way base fare. International destinations are also on sale.

Upon booking, travelers can also fly immediately until April 30, 2024, perfect for those who want to travel immediately and those who are planning for their summer vacations next year.

Cebu Pacific flies to 35 domestic and 25 international destinations, spanning across Asia, Australia and the Middle East.

Iyog said there was a 63 percent increase in Cebu Pacific’s international capacity since January 2023 as compared to 2022 with over 700,000 additional seats in 2023 as compared to the previous year.

She said the firm has procured a total of 19 new aircraft from 2023 in which 12 have already been delivered. (SunStar Philippines)
