THE Municipality of Quezon, Bukidnon deployed four rescue dogs from the Opol Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office and 403rd Brigade to assist in the retrieval operation following a landslide that occurred on October 18, 2025.
The operation led to the recovery of the remains of a couple, Ely and Thelma, who had been buried by the landslide and were found on October 23.
Their remains were found 10 meters deep at the site.
